He is mobile which saves both and potentially the cost of transporting a vehicle to a shop. He had my daughter's car running in a just a few minutes for a cost of under $20. It turned out to be a simple cleanup of the battery terminals. It would have been easy for him to take advantage of that situation and charge more as I have so often seen in the Auto Repair business, but he did not. I so appreciate finding a repairman I can trust, especially when my daughter is so far away at school. He really cares about helping you and will do everything he can until the problem is fixed. Sometimes he even answers right away, no matter how late it is, and is willing to come help when you need it.
